Our client is a leading banking company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Strategy Development &
Collaborating closely with Senior Directors Senior Managers and Managers the role involves:
Engaging in strategic planning to formulate bankwide strategies business models customer value propositions and financial frameworks with clear performance drivers.
Conducting research analysis benchmarking and forecasting in key areas such as:
Macroeconomic trends and their impact on banking operations.
Competitor landscape evaluating industry performance and strategic actions.
Revenue and profitability insights for sustainable growth.
Leading the annual business planning process by working with key internal stakeholders.
Driving deepdive strategic projects based on annual priorities.
Developing and maintaining a fiveyear financial model to guide strategic decisionmaking.
Preparing internal and external communication materials ensuring alignment in content and delivery across stakeholders.
Teamwork & Professional Development
Foster collaboration and alignment within the strategic planning team and across the organization.
Actively seek and provide feedback to strengthen teamwork and efficiency.
Ensure all activities adhere to internal policies regulations and service quality commitments (SLAs).
Participate in training programs and teambuilding activities mandated by the bank.
Proactively identify personal development opportunities through training and coaching initiatives.
Other Responsibilities
Execute additional tasks as assigned by senior management.
Key Relationships
Reporting Structure:
Direct Supervisor: Head of Strategic Planning and Management.
Direct Reports: Senior Officer Expert.
Internal Stakeholders: Chief Strategy Officer Head of Strategy Development & Management Strategy Division Transformation Office Digital Office Finance and Heads of Departments with their respective planning teams.
External Stakeholders:
Consulting firms specializing in management HR taxation marketing and data analytics.
Key business partners and external advisors.
Bachelor s degree or higher in Economics Finance or Business Administration.
MBA or Master s degree from a foreign university is preferred.
12 years of experience in banking and finance with at least 1 year in an expertlevel role.
Strong knowledge of banking operations and strategic business management.
Proficiency in English (TOEIC 650 or equivalent certification).
