Risk Mitigation and Control
Develop Mitigation Strategies: Design strategies to mitigate identified risks. These strategies can include risk avoidance, risk transfer (e.g., insurance), risk reduction (e.g., process improvements), or risk acceptance.
Control Measures: Implement control measures, policies, and procedures to reduce the likelihood or impact of risks. This may involve creating new policies, improving internal controls, or strengthening regulatory compliance.
Contingency Plans: Develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity in the event of a risk event. This includes disaster recovery plans, emergency protocols, and alternative processes.
