Job Description
Our Group is seeking a highly organized and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key part in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse. The successful candidate will oversee daily warehouse activities manage a team and ensure the smooth flow of goods in and out of the facility.
We are looking for a leader with proven warehouse management experience and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe productive and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the receiving storage and distribution of goods.
- Manage and motivate a team of warehouse operatives providing training and guidance.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company procedures.
- Monitor stock levels and implement inventory control measures.
- Plan and coordinate warehouse logistics to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Maintain accurate records of warehouse transactions.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
- Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of activities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of warehouse processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Forklift truck operating license (desirable).
