Job Description
Role: Warehouse Supervisor
Experience : 23 years of relevant experience required
Location: S.G HighwaySanand Circle Ahmedabad

Objective:
To oversee and manage warehouse operations efficiently ensuring smooth inventory management timely dispatches and compliance with safety and quality standards. The Warehouse Supervisor will play a key role in optimizing processes to meet organisational goals.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor and maintain stock levels.
- Conduct regular stock checks and update inventory records.
Team Supervision:
- Lead and manage warehouse staff for smooth operations.
- Delegate tasks and ensure they are completed efficiently.
Order Processing:
- Ensure timely and accurate picking packing and dispatch of orders.
- Coordinate with the logistics team for deliveries.
Warehouse Organization:
- Keep the warehouse clean safe and wellorganized.
- Arrange products systematically for easy accessibility.
Quality Control:
- Check incoming and outgoing goods for quality and quantity.
- Address damaged or defective products promptly.
Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company policies.
- Train team members on safe handling practices.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements and transactions.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports for management review.
Coordination:
- Work closely with other departments like procurement sales and logistics.
- Resolve any warehouserelated issues efficiently.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
- Education: Any Bachelors degree.
- Skills:
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word etc.).
- Strong analytical mindset with problemsolving abilities.
