Job Description

Talent Depot is hiring on behalf of a client for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role. The BCBA will provide support to individuals and their families by coordinating and delivering services in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) functional assessments behavior acquisition and reduction strategies and adaptive life skills development.

Essential Functions

  • Adhere to and support all clinical policies and procedures ensuring proper training for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and communication with parents service providers and funders.
  • Follow clinical guidelines and maintain open communication with the Program Manager regarding service delivery concerns and client needs.
  • Collaborate with families and other service providers to integrate intervention strategies across various settings (e.g. IEPs ISPs schools medical professionals).
  • Complete assessments and reports within designated timelines using the approved behavior plan template.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to BCaBAs and RBTs ensuring compliance with BACB funder and organizational guidelines.
  • Attend scheduled meetings in person or online and communicate with the National Clinical Director regarding missed sessions.
  • Maintain documentation of services as required by funders ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all external accreditation standards state and federal regulations and HIPAA laws.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


Requirements

  • Education: Master s degree; Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Licensure/Certification: Must have active status at the time services are provided.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in behavior analysis.
  • Skills Required:
    • Strong verbal and written communication
    • Time management and organizational skills
    • Problemsolving ability
    • Proficiency in computer systems and online documentation platforms
    • Ability to work collaboratively with families and service providers
    • Physical capability to perform job functions


  • Board Certification (BCBA): This is a mandatory requirement and the foundation for the role. Behavioral Analysis Expertise: Profound understanding and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), including conducting functional analyses, assessments, and implementing behavior acquisition and reduction procedures. Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication to collaborate with families, other professionals, and staff. This includes the ability to train and guide Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Collaboration & Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with families, interdisciplinary teams, and other service providers to create integrated intervention strategies (e.g., within IEPs, ISPs). Supervision & Training: Providing oversight and guidance to RBTs and other staff while ensuring proper training on behavior intervention strategies. Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of HIPAA laws, state and federal regulations, and accreditation standards to ensure compliance.
