Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication to collaborate with families other professionals and staff. This includes the ability to train and guide Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Collaboration & Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with families interdisciplinary teams and other service providers to create integrated intervention strategies (e.g. within IEPs ISPs).
Supervision & Training: Providing oversight and guidance to RBTs and other staff while ensuring proper training on behavior intervention strategies.
Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of HIPAA laws state and federal regulations and accreditation standards to ensure compliance.
