Admin Assistant
About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite experience with document management tools and excellent organizational skills. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage administrative tasks efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain files and documents in line with Company SOP
- Handle data entry tasks and ensure accurate spreadsheet updates
- Assist with document preparation organization and electronic signature processing using DocuSign (ideal)
- Coordinate and schedule meetings appointments and communications
- Support email management inbox organization and correspondence
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth administrative operations
- Adapt to new tools and systems as needed
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel Outlook Word PowerPoint)
- Experience with DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms
- Strong file management and organization skills
- Ability to handle data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with ClickUp or other project management tools is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a remote administrative support role
- Prior experience in consulting brokerage or insurance industries
- Adaptability to learn new software quickly
