Exciting Opportunity for a Year 5 Teacher to Inspire and Shape Young Minds!
We are searching for an enthusiastic Year 5 Class Teacher to join our vibrant forwardthinking primary school in Hillingdon from September 2025. This fulltime permanent role is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire young learners help them build crucial skills and guide them as they prepare for their transition to Key Stage 3.
In this role youll be entrusted with a class of bright and eager learners with the opportunity to help them explore and develop across a broad curriculum. You will work alongside a supportive and experienced team of teachers working collaboratively to provide an enriching learning experience for all students.

Your Responsibilities:
- Plan deliver and assess dynamic lessons that engage Year 5 students in a creative and challenging curriculum.
- Differentiate your teaching approach to ensure all students have access to the learning experience that best suits their needs.
- Provide consistent feedback on student progress maintaining detailed records and supporting individualised learning.
- Contribute to the development of the curriculum bringing fresh ideas and best practices to the classroom.
- Build positive relationships with students parents and staff and play a key role in the wider school community.
What We Are Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a passion for teaching Year 5 students.
- Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and the ability to implement it effectively.
- A creative enthusiastic approach to planning and delivering lessons.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to creating a positive classroom environment.
- A teacher who is eager to collaborate with a team share ideas and contribute to the overall success of the school.
