reaching out to us. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience and
supporting the sales team by:
Answering incoming phone calls professionally and courteously.
Handling customer inquiries and requests efficiently or directing them to the appropriate
colleague.
Providing basic information about our services.
Maintaining customer records and logging relevant information in our CRM system.
Qualifications :
We are looking for a colleague who:
Dutch Speaking
English as second language is preferred but no obligation
Has excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Is customeroriented with a positive proactive attitude.
Is stressresistant and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Has experience in customer service or a similar role (preferred).
Is familiar with CRM systems or willing to learn.
Is a team player but can also work independently.
