Our client designs creates and manufacture their own unique range of notebooks journals and diaries under their exclusive brand. They produce premium products for their corporate and retail clients. We are looking for a highperforming Sales Manager to achieve their customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.
The ideal candidate must have a sold a product or service to corporate companies. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the corporate gifting industry and retail sector.
Responsibilities
- Building and leading a team of salespeople to help drive revenue.
- Own recruiting objectives setting coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- You will own several aspects of goal setting and should be capable of training motivating and monitoring sales teams to meet those goals.
- Design and implement a strategic sales business plan and processes.
- Expand company s customer base.
- Forecasting sales and creating reports.
- Excellent Knowledge of CRM and KPI systems.
- Sales data analysis.
- Writing training manuals or other reference documents for sales teams.
- Setting weekly monthly or quarterly goals.
- Detailed sales reports tracking.
- Driving sales.
- Make customer experience your top priority.
- Creating sales budgets
- Manage and build sales pipelines
