Job Responsibilities(JR) :
Functional Responsibilities of Trade Flow
Engage in all discussions reviews and sign offs for Trade Flow.
Regular feedback and interaction with all Trade Ops Staff at the front end for their requirements and queries.
Responsible for admin activities in Trade Flow for all critical backend maintenances in consultation with Team Lead and ITBSG.
Preparation of all circulars draft notes advisories and literature for Trade Flow and submit the same to Team Lead for review and sign off.
General administration and other related activities as may be assigned from time to time.
Engage in vendor discussions
Participate in all discussions with all external vendors.
Examine all points of discussion for development and assist the Team Lead for sign off.
Collate all change requests and submit the same to Team Lead for review.
Travel to vendor locations for critical items as per the demands of the project.
Engage in internal discussions
Participate in all internal discussions with Operations & ITBSG.
Examine all points of discussion for development and assist the Team Lead for sign off.
Suggest changes wherever required.
Engage with vendor for periodic updates and feedback and raise to Team Lead for their logical closure in conjunction with ITBSG.
Draft requirements for development and facilitate for submission of the same to all external vendors & ITBSG through Team Lead.
Drive all deliveries under the project in consultation with Team Lead.

Set up & organize all UATs Responsible for set up and of all UATs of Trade Flow deliveries.
Preparation of test cases ensure of UATs as per the laid down processes of the Bank and collate all data and information pertaining to the same for onward submission to seniors and stake holders.
Preparation of testing outcomes segregation of pass/fail scenarios ensuring repository of related images and onward submission of the same to Team Lead for review and discussions.
Engage in all discussion of failure scenarios ensure raising of bugs with vendors follow up for their resolution. Also responsible for retesting of fixes and providing necessary feedback to Team Lead for necessary sign off and closure.
Engage with all staff involved in UATs for review of performance guidance and feedback.
General activities pertaining to all requirements of UAT staff including assistance for their Travel & stay arrangements any other exigencies and support that may be required during their engagement for the UATs.
GoLive under Trade Flow.
Actively assist the Team Lead in drawing up an effective golive schedule.
Travel to proposed golive centers for training handholding and transition to Trade Flow.
Ground level trouble shooting of issues at the time of golive in coordination with Team Lead & ITBSG.
Monitor ground level issues and keep a track for their closure. Raise all critical items to Team Lead and concerned stake holders immediately.
Regional stake holder management during the transition and act as a SPOC at the time of golive.
Discussions with Internal Audit & BCU Participate in all discussions and demos to Audit & BCU.
Responsible for all demonstrations to both the teams as and when new developments are deployed in UAT.
First level responder for all their queries and doubts that may emanate from aforesaid demonstrations.
Coordinate and obtain additional feedback from Audit & BCU for changes to be incorporated if any.
Actively assist the Team Lead for the process of obtaining necessary sign offs/go ahead as required from time to time.
Liaise with BCU team to modify or add processes to ensure compliance with regulations and development in the system
Actively participate in process discussion with BCU / Compliance / product team to ensure same is also taken up for development.
