About your tasks:
- Monitor and analyze app reviews on the App Store and Play Store tracking major competitor feedback and creating insightful reports.
- Respond to customer comments ensuring a high level of engagement and satisfaction.
- Gather and categorize complaints and bug reports supporting the definition of tickets for the development team.
- Manage bug complaints via Jira writing clear and structured tickets for developers.
- Support app translations and content updates across multiple languages using Lokalize.
- If suitable assist Product Owners with additional productrelated tasks.
Qualifications :
About you:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or a businessrelated field (e.g. Economics Wirtschaftsigenieur).
- Fluent in English and German (native) you will be the face to the customer handling reviews and feedback.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights categorize issues and identify patterns.
- Excellent communication and writing skills both for external customers and internal team collaboration.
- Attention to detail and an interest in mobile apps customer experience and product development.
