WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
- As the Facility Coordinator you will serve as the primary liaison for external partners. Your responsibilities will include overseeing renovations assessing offers and managing budgets to ensure the optimal functionality of our retail spaces.
- You will take the lead on various store projects including new openings movements renovations or closures. This will entail managing tasks obtaining price quotes and ensuring compliance with guidelines and timelines.
- Safety is paramount and you will play a pivotal role in upholding security measures within our stores. This will involve conducting thorough fire inspections procuring necessary equipment and collaborating closely with our team to maintain safety standards.
- Collaborating with our team you will monitor and analyze expenses related to utilities maintenance and other operational costs. Your insights and recommendations for costsaving initiatives will contribute to our overall efficiency and fiscal responsibility.
- Ensuring adherence to legal regulations and company standards is imperative. You will oversee the procurement of permits supervise building projects and ensure strict adherence to established guidelines throughout the process.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING
- Previous experience in facility management particularly within the retail sector is highly desirable
- High degree of power also when working on your own
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of building codes regulations and safety standards
- Willingness to travel (approximately up to 150 days per year)
- High English proficiency both written and oral
- Driving license active in use
The onboarding process will take place over several months in Zagreb Croatia. After onboarding the role will require monthly visits to Zagreb for collaboration and team meetings.
