Head of Finance & Accounting
Multinational Consumer Products Company Jakarta
Our client a leading multinational consumer products company is seeking a Head of Finance & Accounting to lead its finance accounting and tax functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee corporate accounting management accounting cost accounting tax management treasury and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate financial policies.
• Lead financial reporting including regional office reporting.
• Drive financial planning analysis and cost control initiatives.
• Manage complex financial operations and problemsolving in a dynamic business environment.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to leadership.
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance & accounting preferably in consumer products.
• Strong background in multinational companies with regional reporting experience.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• High proficiency in English (written & spoken).
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
