Job Description
At AM PM we specialize in trade and manufacturing operating across multiple jurisdictions. As we continue to grow and expand our global presence we are looking for a skilled Legal Counsel to join our team for parttime work as an external contractor.
Tasks
- Drafting and negotiating contracts with suppliers and customers.
- Ensuring compliance with commercial laws and regulations.
- Acting as a legal expert in negotiations with partners.
- Preparing corporate documents and handling legal matters related to company registration liquidation and restructuring.
- Collaborating with different departments and international offices.
Requirements
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced multitasking environment.
- Strong project management skills (task prioritization deadlines adaptability).
- Problemsolving mindset and ability to navigate complex legal situations.
- Nnowledge of English (B2C1 Russian (C2
