Marketing Copywriter

Job Description:

The Marketing Copywriter will develop highimpact content across multiple platforms including digital print and social media. This role requires a creative storyteller who can translate our brand s vision into engaging copy that resonates with investors homeowners and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of luxury real estate marketing and the ability to craft persuasive brandaligned messaging.


Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop engaging highquality copy for websites brochures advertisements press releases email campaigns and social media.

Brand Storytelling: Maintain and enhance Taameer Properties brand voice across all communication channels ensuring consistency and impact.

Luxury Positioning: Craft sophisticated and compelling narratives that align with the luxury real estate market showcasing the exclusivity and prestige of our developments.

SEO Optimization: Implement best practices for SEO to enhance content visibility and attract organic traffic.

Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing design and sales teams to create persuasive marketing materials that drive engagement and sales.

Editing & Proofreading: Ensure all content is polished errorfree and aligns with Taameer Properties tone and messaging guidelines.

Industry Research:Stay updated on market trends competitor strategies and industry insights to refine content strategies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Experience: 5 years of copywriting experience preferably in luxury real estate hospitality or highend lifestyle brands.

Exceptional Writing Skills: Ability to craft persuasive elegant and emotionally compelling content tailored to highnetworth individuals and investors.

SEO & Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing principles keyword research and content performance analytics.

Creativity & Innovation: A flair for storytelling and the ability to develop fresh original content ideas that captivate audiences.

Strong Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects meet deadlines and work in a fastpaced environment.


Education:

Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Journalism English or a related field.
