Job Title: Email Marketing Specialist / Copywriter
Location: Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 1400 USD
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 3:00 AM to 11:00 PM (EST)

About the Company:
Our client is a growing multifamily real estate education company dedicated to helping investors build wealth through real estate. They provide online courses coaching and community engagement to support both new and experienced investors. Their marketing strategy focuses on highconverting email campaigns and digital outreach to attract and retain students.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Specialist / Copywriter to develop and execute email marketing strategies that drive enrollment and engagement for our multifamily real estate education programs. This role requires expertise in crafting compelling email sequences writing highconverting sales emails and optimizing email campaign performance based on key marketing metrics.
The ideal candidate will have experience in direct response copywriting email segmentation automation and AIassisted content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Campaign Management:
- Develop and execute engaging email sequences for lead nurturing course launches and student retention.
- Write highconverting sales emails and automated followup sequences to drive conversions.
- Implement A/B testing for subject lines copy and CTAs to optimize performance.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates clickthrough rates conversions) and optimize strategies.
- Ensure email deliverability best practices are followed to maximize engagement.
Audience Segmentation & List Management:
- Develop and maintain segmentation strategies based on subscriber behavior and interests.
- Manage and grow the email subscriber list while ensuring list health and engagement.
Content & Marketing Strategy Alignment:
- Collaborate with the content team to align email messaging with broader marketing strategies.
- Use AI tools (Claude.ai etc.) to assist with crafting and refining copy efficiently.
- Integrate email campaigns with CRM and marketing automation tools (Active Campaign).
Skills & Qualifications:
Required:
- 2 years of experience in email marketing with a proven track record of driving conversions.
- Strong portfolio of direct response copywriting work.
- Expertise in Active Campaign and email marketing automation.
- Experience with list segmentation and CRM integration.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data.
NicetoHaves:
- Experience marketing educational products or online courses.
- Background in course creation or educational content development.
- Knowledge of landing page copywriting for sales funnels.
- Familiarity with AIpowered copywriting tools (Claude.ai ChatGPT etc.).
- Experience in real estate education or marketing.
