Collaborate on Strategic Planning: Work closely with the GM of Europe to develop short and longterm strategies including preparing annual business plans and budgets.
Rolling Sellin Plan Management: Oversee the creation and maintenance of 90 and 120day rolling sellin plans by account.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Conduct weekly and daily sales forecasts and account reviews generating reports and comparing results against objectives.
Achieve Shelf Share Goals: Drive shelf share achievements during annual assortment summits for each account.
Customer CPFR Calls: Lead or participate in weekly/biweekly CPFR (Collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment) calls with customers and business planning teams.
Budget Management: Manage assigned budgets while optimising revenue and controlling costs.
Vendor Program Negotiation: Negotiate annual vendor program agreements for each account tracking associated expenditures and forecasting outcomes.
Financial Risk Management: Monitor and manage financial risks related to customer deductions and offsets.
Brand Representation: Ensure the of organizationwide programs and events representing us as a leading consumer electronics brand.
Executive Relationship Management: Manage executive relationships with key regional accounts overseeing metrics such as inventory levels turnover contracts and driving sales through regular business reviews.
Online Portal Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for customerrelated online portal activities.
Minimum 8 years of sales experience at key regional and/or national accounts been in a director level with team building and team management experience.
4050 travel to accounts trade shows trainings summits and corporate meetings
Efficient in Microsoft Teams Outlook and Office
HEAVY experience creating evaluating and analysing customer forecast is a must
Bachelor s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
Excellent interpersonal skills with strong negotiation and client management skills. High energy passionate and articulate.

Proven track record of efficiently maintaining and growing customer relationships
Ability to interact at all levels within customer s organization to increase shelfshare and drive increased business.
