Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Pricing Manager to lead our pricing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that enhance profitability competitiveness and market share. This role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics especially in the hiring & HR industry strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Develop Pricing Strategies: Analyze market trends competitor pricing and customer behavior to establish pricing models that align with business objectives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify pricing opportunities and challenges.
- Financial Assessment: Evaluate costs and margins to ensure pricing decisions support financial targets.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with sales marketing product development teams and finance to align pricing strategies with overall business goals.
- Monitor Pricing Performance: Regularly assess the effectiveness of pricing strategies and make adjustments as necessary to respond to market changes.
- Policy Development: Establish and maintain pricing policies and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on pricing strategies and performance.
- Auditing Operational Workflows: Audit the accuracy and completeness of operational workflows and ensure the data are free from error.
- Other Matters: Handle other audit and finance related adhoc matters as and when assigned.
Qualifications :
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in pricing strategy financial analysis or a similar role.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with pricing software and advanced Excel skills.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and detail in all aspects of work.
- Leadership Abilities: Proven track record of leading projects and teams effectively.
