Job Description
We are seeking to fulfill the role of a Delivery Lead with extensive project management experience to support our client on the delivery of an exciting Offshore project.
- Responsible for leading the development and delivery of complex multi Offshore and Onshore Packages.
- Responsible for leading the definition development interface and delivery and successful completion of complex multipackages safely to managing time budget and quality and KPIs.
- Take ownership of delivering the programme successfully integrating multiple EPC Contracts into a wellfunctioning collaborative outcome.
- Provide coaching guidance support direction and leadership to the teams.
- Extensive contract management experience throughout the life cycle the project including contract change management and contract claim management using industry standard forms (FIDIC LOGIC NEC etc.)
- Build maintain and manage close relationships with internal Key stakeholders including government departments communities and company executive team.
- Lead on commercial and contractual matters in close collaboration with commercial procurement and legal departments.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or qualification in Engineering /Project Management or equivalent.
- Chartered in a relevant profession/discipline.
- 15 years of demonstrated experience in project management of multiPackages in an Offshore Wind environment.
- Strong communication negotiation and conflict management skills at management and operational levels.
- Willingness to travel when required within Ireland.
