WHAT DOES A VP CREATIVE DIRECTOR COPY DO
The VP Creative Director leads the strategic and creative vision for multiple brands and therapeutic areas. This role demands a combination of inspirational creative leadership and strategic partnership with clients account teams and other senior leaders. The VP Creative Director guides and mentors a multidisciplinary creative team ensuring that the work delivered is conceptual innovative brandaligned and meets strategic objectives.
The role involves spearheading creative strategy across all channels staying at the forefront of industry trends and aligning creative outputs with clients overarching business goals. The VP Creative Director plays an essential role in maximizing team performance improving profitability and leading new business efforts.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $159000 to $236000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience other jobrelated qualifications/skills and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living).
