The Project Manager at ITS (Information Technology Solutions Company) is responsible for planning executing and closing cybersecurity and information security projects directly with customers. This role involves coordinating with internal teams vendors and clients to ensure project success aligning with ITSs hybrid project management framework. The Project Manager ensures projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Project Planning & Initiation:
Define project scope objectives and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans timelines and resource requirements.
Conduct project kickoff meetings with clients and internal teams.
2.
Project Execution & Monitoring:
Lead project teams assigning tasks and tracking progress.
Manage project risks issues and dependencies implementing mitigation strategies.
Monitor project KPIs and ensure adherence to ITSs hybrid project management framework.
3.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide regular project status updates and reports.
Handle change requests and manage customer expectations.
4.
Resource & Vendor Coordination:
Collaborate with technical teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.
Coordinate resource allocation and resolve conflicts.
5.
Project Closure & Reporting:
Conduct project reviews and document lessons learned.
Ensure all project deliverables are accepted and signed off by the client.
Archive project documentation for future reference.
