Tasks

  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone email and live chat channels addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and quick resolution of complex technical problems.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions documenting details of inquiries complaints and actions taken in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on company products services and industry trends to effectively assist customers and provide informed recommendations.
  • Identify recurring issues or patterns and communicate them to senior management for potential process improvements or product enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role within a contact center environment.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving hardware software and network issues.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical users.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional support and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
