On behalf of our client we are looking for a Customer services representative to join their team in Saudi Arbia (Remote)
Job Summary:
As a call center agent your responsibilities typically include handling customer inquiries providing information about products or services resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. You are expected to communicate clearly maintain accurate records and work effectively within a team.
Responsibilities:
- Handling Customer Inquiries: Responding to incoming calls or messages and providing the requested information.
- Problem Solving: Address customer complaints and find solutions to their issues and providing effective.
- Technical Support: Assisting customers in using products or services.
- Documenting interaction: Recording all calls and interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Customer Followup: Ensuring customer satisfaction by following up on their issues and resolving them.
- Providing Information: Explaining details about products and services including promotions and discounts.
- Team Collaborations: Working with colleagues to ensure excellent customer services.
- Updating Knowledge: Keeping up with new information about products and services to improve the provided services.
- Gathering Feedback: Collecting customer opinions to improve processes and services.
- Compliance with policies: Adhering to company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.
- Ticket Management: Raise and manage tickets in the ticketing system to track customer issues and ensure timely followup.
Requirements
- High school or above.
- Experience is preferred.
- Fluent in Nepali Language.
- Fluent in Arabic Language.
- English Language is preferred.
