Responsibilities:
Answering the main hospital phone
Transferring calls
Monitoring the fire panel systems and using the radio to contact Security if a trouble alarm alerts
Calling and relaying information to 911 if a code is called
Using the PA system for hospital codes if requested
Assisting with fleet key check out
Assisting with staff meal ticket purchases
Other clerical tasks as assigned
Q 1 Position is for a 12 week engagement beginning midMarch. Does candidate agree to this requirement
Q 2 Position requires a rotating schedule to include every other weekend hours 10pm to 7am with a 1hour nonpaid lunch break. Does candidate agree to this requirement
Q 3 As part of onboarding candidate will be required to have a 5 panel drug screen flu vaccination or declination TB test as well as FSSA background check to include fingerprinting. Does candidate agree to this requirement
Q 4 If candidate does not have AHA approved CPR certification Indiana will provide this as part of their orientation with the facility. Does this candidate currently have CPR certification
