Senior Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Onsite in Los Alamitos CA
Salary: $105000 $115000 per year

What Will You Do
As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer you will support and enhance our manufacturing operations by:
- Developing and optimizing manufacturing processes for aerospace components
- Leading tooling and equipment upgrades to improve production efficiency
- Collaborating with Engineering Production Control and other departments to ensure seamless manufacturing execution
- Participating in product design reviews ensuring smooth transitions from design to production
- Providing technical support to supervisors to optimize daily operations
- Coordinating with vendors and managing process improvements for production lines
- Conducting failure analysis cost evaluations and process reviews
- Driving Lean Manufacturing initiatives including 6S and Kaizen events
What Will You Need
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Required)
- 8 years of manufacturing experience (Required)
- Aerospace manufacturing experience (Preferred)
- Familiarity with metal work (Required)
- Experience with AS400 MRP system (Preferred)
- Knowledge of manufacturing routers & BOMs (Required)
