Employment Type: Fulltime (40 hrs/week regular or freelance)
Location: Berlin or Remote
About the Role
You will design develop and optimize scalable backend services for our gaming loyalty platform.
If youre passionate about highperformance backend development love tackling complex challenges and want to make a real impact wed love to have you on board!
We will help you keep up with technological advancements to improve development efficiency and product innovation.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with product teams to enhance platform functionality and performance.
- Maintain and improve backend systems for high reliability availability and efficiency.
- Implement and refine a microservicesbased architecture ensuring seamless system integration.
What You Bring
- Strong knwoledge in Java OOP principles and software design patterns.
- Proficiency in SQL (MySQL) and database management.
- Handson experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to solve complex problems efficiently.
Bonus Skills
- Experience working with Kotlin (backend)
- Familiarity with tools like Google Guice Gradle Liquibase gRPC and Terraform.
