Summary:
A leading building materials company is seeking a motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to drive sales and market penetration in the Southeastern Florida region. This role focuses on specifying commercial building products within the Healthcare and Spaces markets while developing strong relationships with architects designers contractors and facility end users. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in the industry specifying commercial building products and selling to architecture and design firms.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to maximize market penetration and sales growth.
- Specify commercial building products particularly within the Healthcare and Spaces markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects designers contractors and facility end users.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations for large groups.
- Act as an industry resource and product expert within the territory.
- Manage the sales pipeline including tracking projects and coordinating with internal teams.
- Stay informed on the construction/bidding process to identify and secure new opportunities.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience selling and specifying commercial building products.
- Proven experience working with architects and designers.
- Strong knowledge of the construction and bidding process.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Selfmotivated organized and able to work independently.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Must reside near the Fort Lauderdale/Miami area
