Your Role as a SEN Teacher:
Deliver personalized lessons and interventions to students with a range of SEND including ASD ADHD and SEMH.
Work closely with SEN specialists and teaching assistants to implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
Foster a nurturing and structured classroom environment where students can thrive.
Support the social and emotional development of students to build their confidence and independence.
Monitor student progress and work with parents and external agencies to ensure holistic support.
Who Were Looking For:
Qualified SEN Teacher with QTS or equivalent.
Experience working with students with SEND particularly in an SEN setting.
A compassionate patient and flexible approach to teaching.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
