Responsibilities:
- Gather and organize hiring needs based on business and workforce planning.
- Track and expand recruitment channels while optimizing the hiring process.
- Develop and execute talent search strategies screening and evaluating candidate suitability.
- Maintain effective communication with business departments and follow up on recruitment results and process feedback.
- Collect talent market insights including competitor talent information and targeted talent sourcing.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate or graduate student from a top university; immediate availability preferred.
- Able to commit to an internship for at least 3 months with a preference for 6 months or more.
- English proficiency for work; overseas recruitment experience preferred. Familiarity with international labor laws is a plus.
- Strong sense of professional ethics and teamwork.
- Proactive communicative and able to work under pressure.
