Overview:
The Recruitment Intern plays a crucial role in supporting the recruitment team in talent acquisition activities and gaining valuable handson experience in the HR field. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process and contributing to the overall success of the organizations talent acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Participate in conducting phone video and inperson interviews
- Support the onboarding process for new hires
- Assist in maintaining and updating recruitment databases and systems
- Conduct market research to identify potential talent pools
- Assist in organizing and attending career fairs and recruitment events
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
- Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel and Word
- Basic understanding of recruitment and selection processes
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
