Job Description
We are looking for a Trainee Genesys Cloud PS Consultant to join our team and grow with us. We offer a multitiered training approach built around onthejob learning. This includes courses from Genesys with accompanying certifications combined with handson experience alongside seasoned team members. You will learn from training courses and senior colleagues and then apply your newly acquired skills directly to your work
Responsibilities:
- Support the design and implementation of Genesys Cloud delivery projects including participating in technical workshops and capturing technical requirement.
- Assist in modifying Genesys system configurations based on business requirements and other factors.
- Participate in the analysis of complex technical and business issues.
- Help establish and maintain technical architectures while learning to implement new technologies.
- Contribute to the Genesys contact center switchover to production by supporting tasks as assigned by the project lead.
Qualifications :
- Basic knowledge of software development and cloud computing concepts.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript Python or Java.
- Strong problemsolving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT Engineering or a related field.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of contact center operations and customer service processes.
- Programming certification.
