- Design and develop applications on the Genesys Cloud platform.
- Integrate Genesys Cloud with other enterprise systems and thirdparty applications.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure high performance and reliability of cloudbased contact center solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for new and existing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Genesys Cloud applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience with the Genesys Cloud platform.
- Experience in integrating enterprise systems and thirdparty applications.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and applications.
- Excellent problemsolving and debugging skills.
