Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Hotel Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food attention to detail and a desire to provide exceptional dining experiences for hotel guests. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking highquality dishes in a fastpaced kitchen environment while ensuring cleanliness and adhering to food safety standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a cook preferably in a hotel or similar hospitality setting.
- Culinary degree or certification from a recognized institution (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team environment.
- Excellent timemanagement skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays as required.
