Job Description
We currently have a vacancy for a Software Developer (JavaScript Python) fluent in English to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Vienna Austria. The work will be carried out either on the companys premises or onsite at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment the successful candidate will be integrated and closely cooperate with a major clients IT team onsite.
Your tasks:
- Collaborate with data scientists analysts and product managers to further improve existing products while also prototyping new solutions;
- Utilize expertise in frontenddevelopment (e.g. Vue.js React.js) and user experience design (UX);
- Use Python to process and explore data of different types and integrate AI/ML components;
- Leverage your experience in backenddevelopment (e.g. Node.js) and common database technologies (e.g. SQL Server MongoDB Elasticsearch);
- Participate in code reviews bug tracking and other quality assurance activities to ensure that software meets high standards of quality and reliability;
- Stay uptodate with emerging trends and technologies in the field of software development AI/ML and Generative AI and share that knowledge with the team.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field and relevant IT experience of at least 5 years;
- 3 years of experience in frontenddevelopment (e.g. JavaScript Vue.js React.js) and in Python programming;
- Knowledge in backend development with Node.js and common database technologies (e.g. SQL Server Elasticsearch MongoDB);
- Experience with software design patterns algorithms and data structures;
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices;
- Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning;
- Excellent command of the English language.
