UES Unit
VHIR is seeking a skilled software developer to join the IT team. This position will provide critical support to the IT unit by managing internal software development projects with strong focus on web development and fullstack technologies.
The IT Unit of VHIR is composed of an operational core of professionals who lead the processes linked to the information systems of VHIR and promote the aspects of management planning and monitoring of outsourced services and projects under development. They respond to the IT needs of both the research staff and the research support units of VHIR in terms of information technology and computing infrastructures.
Education and qualifications:
Required:
- Advanced Vocational Training in Web Application Development (WAD).
Desired:
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field.
- Valuable other studies related to IT.
Experience and knowledge:
Required:
- Minimum 3 year of experience in software development projects
- Microsoft Framework (required): Visual Studio ASP.NET BD MS SQL JavaScript HTML
- Proven knowledge in project management within a software development environment.
- Good level of Catalan Spanish and English both written and spoken.
Desired:
- RPA (PowerAutomate UIPath or similar)
- PowerBI
- Angular framework
- Sharepoint
- APIs integration (Mirth)
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Managing internal users from different departments both in their daytoday work and in the development of software applications linked to their area of operational management.
- Improving the internal satisfaction of the users and supporting their concerns in IT matters.
- Analysing and programming in Microsoft ASP.NET environment SQL Server REST integration.
Labour conditions:
- Fulltime position: 40h/week
- Starting date: immediate
- Gross annual salary: Remuneration will depend on experience and skills. Salary ranges are consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scale)
- Contract: Openended contract linked to the project
