Profile: Sales Executive (South Territory)

Salary Range:per month (depending on experience)

About the Role: As a Sales Executive for the South Territory you will play a pivotal role in expanding our brand reach and driving sales growth within the fashion and bridesmaid lehenga market. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key retailers in and across India ensuring Panchhi Fashion remains the top choice for these categories. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Surat. The role involves market research competitive analysis customer relationship management sales marketing and new client acquisition. The ideal candidate will be proactive in conducting field visits staying updated on market trends and contributing to team building and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends pricing and demand patterns.

Analyze competitors strategies and provide insights for business development.

Customer Relationship Management & Sales Growth:

Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers retailers and corporate clients.

Ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns to enhance retention.

Drive sales through direct and indirect channels achieving assigned targets.

Marketing & New Client Acquisition:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers.

Identify and onboard potential clients to expand the customer base.

Field Visits & Market Insights:

Conduct regular visits to different territories to understand market dynamics.

Gather realtime market news trends and customer preferences.

Team Building & Collaboration:

Work closely with the internal team to improve sales strategies.

Agency & Partner Management

Establish and maintain connections with textile agencies and sales agents.

Collaborate with marketing agencies to enhance brand outreach and promotional activities.

Negotiate agreements with thirdparty distributors to optimize market penetration.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.

5 years of experience in textile sales with strong exposure to the South Indian market.

Strong negotiation communication and relationshipbuilding skills.

Willingness to travel extensively for market research and client meetings.

Selfmotivated targetdriven and able to work in a fastpaced environment.
