- Collaborate with the Finance Department to develop detailed reports on operational expenses ensuring prompt corrective actions and improvements when costs exceed expectations.
- Utilize data analysis tools and statistical methods to evaluate production costs identify key cost drivers and implement strategies for expense optimization.
- Design analyze and enhance production processes to improve efficiency streamline workflows and minimize material wastage ultimately reducing overall costs.
- Work crossfunctionally with various departments to identify costsaving opportunities and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering.
Work Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in the glove manufacturing industry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering.
- Proven experience in Lean OEE or similar process optimization projects.
Technical and Professional Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of industrial engineering principles including systems engineering and operations research.
- Proficiency in statistical software and data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Expertise in cost analysis and financial management.
Excellent English communication skills including speaking reading and writing.
