Job Title: Product Development Manager
Location: Remote Role in Philadelphia PA 19160
Duration: FullTime (FTE)
Interview process: Phone followed by Video Interview.

Job Description:
Overview: Seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to lead product development. The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial lines insurance product management with expertise in GL PL and BOP. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential as this role will oversee a team of Product Analysts and Underwriters within the Compliance division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead endtoend product development from strategy to execution and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with Actuarial IT Underwriting Claims and Compliance teams to enhance products.
- Prioritize and manage multiple product development projects.
- Oversee regulatory compliance related to independent forms rules and bureau filings.
- Develop and mentor a team of Product Analysts and Underwriters.
- Ensure products align with market trends company objectives and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Experience in commercial lines product management (GL PL BOP preferred).
- Underwriting background highly desirable.
- Management experience leading product teams.
- Expertise in ISO forms rates rules and regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication and people skills to collaborate across departments and lead a team.
