Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Telecaller to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients handling inquiries and maintaining strong customer relationships. Strong communication skills and a customerfocused approach are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote company services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information to customers.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
- Work closely with the sales team to generate quality leads and support conversions.
- Achieve daily weekly and monthly call targets as per business requirements.
- Address customer queries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain proper call records and prepare daily reports.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 12th pass / Any Graduate
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling customer service or a related role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil and English (additional languages will be an advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge proficiency in MS Office and CRM software experience is a plus.
- Ability to engage customers positively and build strong relationships.
- Persuasive and confident approach to promoting services and generating leads.
- Ability to handle customer concerns and resolve queries efficiently.
- Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills.
