Job Title: Production Designer

Job Overview:
We are looking for a detailoriented Graphic Designer to join our team. This role bridges the gap between creative design and production ensuring that all artwork and layouts are optimized for print and manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail a strong understanding of design principles and the ability to prepare files for highquality output in a fastpaced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and finalize artwork for production across various formats including apparel signage and promotional merchandise.
- Ensure designs are properly formatted for printing cutting or engraving processes.
- Work with vector and raster graphics adjusting colors sizes and layouts as needed.
- Collaborate with designers production teams and clients to ensure accurate representation of designs.
- Maintain file organization and follow brand guidelines for consistency.
- Assist with creative projects including mockups proofs and visual presentations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications in manufacturing or related fields are a plus).
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Prior experience in production and design environment is a plus but not required.

- Basic mechanical aptitude for handling production equipment.
