We are seeking a talented Marketing Designerto join our innovative team and contribute to our mission!
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver highquality marketing assets including social media visuals landing pages ads and email templates in line with Blums brand identity
- Collaborate with marketing product and design teams to align creative outputs with strategic goals.
- Utilize marketing metrics and performance data to refine and optimize designs for better engagement and conversion rates
- Develop concepts and visuals that resonate with target audiences particularly in the web3 and crypto spaces
- Maintain consistency in design language across all marketing channels and materials
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices to keep Blums marketing fresh and competitive
- Support crossfunctional initiatives and contribute to overall brand growth
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Designer or similar role ideally in the web3/crypto industry
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Figma or similar
- Familiarity with using analytics tools and marketing metrics to inform design decisions
- Excellent understanding of visual storytelling branding and user engagement
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken)
