Hire Reactor is seeking an Desktop Support Engineer (Night Shift) to proactively manage daily ticket systems server monitoring network performance and application performance. In this role youll be responsible for troubleshooting user and clientrelated technical issues ensuring smooth IT operations and escalating critical concerns as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on IT tickets based on SLA update ticket status and report to users.
- Troubleshoot analyze and resolve network hardware and software issues.
- Monitor servers network performance and application performance.
- Provide technical support for complex IT problems beyond the scope of Level 1 support.
- Escalate top and recurring issues to IT Managers and collaborate on RCA (Root Cause Analysis).
- Set up and manage LAN/WAN connectivity (Experience with WatchGuard Firewall is a plus).
- Support cloudbased platforms such as AWS and virtualization solutions like VMware.
- Configure troubleshoot and maintain IP cameras and phone systems.
- Respond promptly to service issues and IT support requests.
- Assist employees with remote desktop support and training on IT systems.
- Test deploy and maintain new technology solutions to enhance business productivity.
- Evaluate IT infrastructure recommend hardware/software upgrades and assist in deployments.
- Travel occasionally for installations service and support.
What Were Looking For:
- Bilingual: English & Hindi (Mandatory)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in IT Support Networking or System Administration.
- Education: Computer Science Electronics or related background.
- Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills ability to manage multiple tasks and handle highpressure situations.
- Personal Traits: Hardworking selfmotivated goaloriented and a problem solver.
- Other: Reliable transportation for occasional site visits.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with AWS VMware and WatchGuard Firewalls
- Previous handyman or technical support experience
