Job Description
On behalf of an Energy & Infrastructure firm in Dublin we are looking to hire an Accounting Team Lead.
We are seeking a highly motivated finance professional with a strong accounting and analytical background to join a dynamic and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a highperforming Accounting & Reporting team.
- Oversee the preparation of management accounts reconciliations and statutory and regulatory financial statements.
- Provide accounting insights and guidance on commercial transactions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support key finance projects.
Experience & Qualifications:
- ACA ACCA CIMA Qualified with c. 5 years postqualification experience in a relevant role.
- Strong financial and analytical acumen with a deep understanding of accounting principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong IT proficiency including experience with financial systems and reporting tools.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
