We are seeking a skilled and innovative Robotics Engineer to join our team. The ideal
candidate will design develop and implement robotic systems that enhance productivity
and efficiency within our aerospace and defence projects.
Design and Develop Robotic Systems: Create detailed plans and designs for
robotic systems using CAD tools.
Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct quality control and function tests to gauge
performance and determine causes of malfunctions and errors.
Integration: Integrate robotic systems with existing aerospace and defence
Programming: Program robots or robotic systems to perform required tasks.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation including design
specifications test plans and user manuals.
Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including mechanical
electrical and safety engineers.
Training: Provide technical support and training to staff on the safe and efficient
operation of robotic systems.
Research: Stay updated with the latest advancements in robotic technology and
incorporate them into designs.
Education: Bachelors degree in Robotics Mechanical Engineering Electrical
Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in designing and developing robotic systems
preferably in the aerospace and defence industry.
oStrong knowledge of CAD tools.
oProgramming languages (e.g. C Python).
oProficiency with simulation software such as Siemens NX ANSYS CATIA
oFamiliarity with development boards like Arduino Raspberry Pi Jetson
Orin and FPGA (FieldProgrammable Gate Array) boards.
oProblemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Basic knowledge of HR functions and employment laws. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and handle confidential information. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with HR software/ATS is a plus.
Education
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred). 1 to 2 years of experience in an HR role.
