Job Description
- Ensure the execution of HR Strategy work plans and policy development
- Align workforce planning with business goals for optimal staffing
- Oversee HR projects policies and compliance with regulations
- Develop HRIS organizational structures and competency models.
- Manage HR communication compensation benefits and budgeting.
- Drive key talent development performance management and career growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in any major (Masters degree preferred)
- At least 10 years in HR (preferably in financial services) or a minimum of 5 years at the managerial level
- Strong conceptual thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership ability
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of applicable labor regulations
