Location: Remote in Serbia
Contract Type: Freelance (Project Order) success fee
Industry: Healthcare clinical research

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Freelance Recruiter to help us identify attract and hire top talent for clinical research. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of recruitment processes excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team to meet our hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Source screen and shortlist qualified candidates for various positions.
- Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with Milestone One Talent Manager to understand specific needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial interviews and coordinate further rounds with internal teams.
- Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a recruiter preferably in a freelance or remote capacity.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools including LinkedIn job boards and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a fluent English and Russian
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Selfmotivated with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry and especially clinical research and its specific recruitment needs is a huge plus.
