Role Overview:
Are you an experienced recruiter looking to earn extra income on a flexible schedule Join our team as a Freelance Recruiter! This role involves working remotely to support our internal recruitment team on a projectbyproject basis. You ll play a key role in delivering topnotch talent to our clients within agreed timelines.
What You ll Do:
Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to understand specific role requirements.
Source screen and shortlist qualified candidates using various platforms and tools.
Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates skills and cultural fit.
Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and progress.
Ensure timely delivery of recruitment milestones while maintaining excellent communication throughout the process.
Requirements
What We re Looking For:
Proven experience as a recruiter (12 years minimum) with a track record of successful placements.
Strong ability to source and assess candidates across multiple industries and roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Resultsoriented mindset with the ability to deliver quality outcomes within agreed timelines.
Selfmotivated proactive and detail oriented.
Access to reliable internet and a computer.
