WHAT YOULL DO
As a Total Rewards Specialist you will support the design implementation and management of compensation and benefits strategies that align with business needs. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Compensation & Benefits Strategy Implement and manage total rewards programs ensuring they support business objectives and comply with internal policies.
  • Rewards Program Execution Ensure the smooth administration of salary structures incentive plans benefits programs and recognition initiatives.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting Utilize people analytics tools to track key metrics and assess the effectiveness of total rewards programs.
  • Compliance & Governance Ensure all compensation and benefits policies comply with local labor laws and global standards.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with internal teams to align total rewards with broader HR and business strategies.

WHO YOULL WORK WITH

You will be part of the Total Rewards Team collaborating with:

  • HR Community Regional HR teams Sales Market HRMs and Global Total Rewards teams.
  • Business Leaders Aligning rewards strategies with business and talent needs.
  • Finance & Legal Teams Ensuring compliance with local and global compensation and benefits regulations.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with

  • Formal education in Human Resources Business Administration Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in total rewards compensation benefits and workforce analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of job evaluation methodologies salary structures and regulatory compliance.
  • Advanced data analytics and reporting skills including experience with compensation benchmarking tools.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of one regional language merited.

  • Strategic & adaptable able to balance global frameworks with local market needs.
  • Collaborative & proactive working effectively across teams and stakeholders.
