Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled IT Business Systems Analyst to support the administration of Human Services programs particularly in Child Welfare. The role involves providing business analysis and system analysis support ensuring that stakeholder needs are met through effective technology solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to enhance system functionality and improve processes within the child welfare domain.
- 3 years of NC Child Welfare experience
- Strong ability to analyze and evaluate system functionality
- Excellent communication skills for knowledge transfer to stakeholders
- General knowledge of statistical and accounting procedures
- Proven track record in establishing effective working relationships
